LIFE SOURCE SOLICITUDE MINISTRY is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to helping the needy and mobilising helpers within society to support the helpless.
Driven by compassion and faith-based principles, we work to restore dignity, hope, and stability to vulnerable individuals through practical acts of kindness and structured community outreach.

◆ CO-FOUNDER & LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Joseph Ogunsakin Kolawole
HND, B.Sc., MBA, FCIFIAN, MCIB, ACIB, Dip.Th
Pastor Joseph Ogunsakin Kolawole is a seasoned professional, humanitarian, and child welfare advocate with over 14 years of banking experience prior to relocating to the United Kingdom in 2022 to pursue his Master’s degree. He holds an HND, B.Sc., MBA, and Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th), and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts of Nigeria (FCIFIAN), a Microfinance Certified Member (MCIB), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
Following his relocation to the UK, Joseph transitioned into the healthcare sector, where he focused on supporting vulnerable children and young people. His passion for child welfare is deeply personal, having lost his mother at the age of eight months and experienced many of the challenges associated with growing up without maternal care.
Inspired by these experiences and driven by a lifelong commitment to helping the less privileged, Joseph and his wife, who share the same vision, have been supporting vulnerable individuals and families since 2009 through various charitable and community-based initiatives. Their mission is to provide hope, support, and opportunities for vulnerable children, families, and underserved communities.
An ordained pastor, musician, and dedicated children’s caregiver, Joseph remains committed to transforming lives through compassion, service, and community development. He is happily married and blessed with two children.

Pastor Ruth Monisola Kolawole
HND, B.Sc., Dip. Social Care, NVQ Level 3 Adult Care
Pastor Ruth Monisola Kolawole is an accomplished caregiver, humanitarian leader, and ordained minister with over 10 years of experience delivering impactful health and social care services. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Office Technology and Management, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Home Science, a Diploma in Social Care, and an NVQ Level 3 in Adult Care from Lincoln College, United Kingdom.
Throughout her career, she has led and contributed to adult and children’s care programs, community support initiatives, and residential care services, helping improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families. Her dedication to excellence, advocacy, and person-centered care has enabled her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
Since 2009, Ruth has played a key leadership role in charitable and community outreach efforts alongside her husband, supporting disadvantaged children, strengthening families, and expanding assistance to underserved communities. Through these initiatives, she has helped deliver practical support, encouragement, and hope to countless individuals. She has also made a significant impact through prison ministry, providing spiritual mentorship, guidance, and pathways to restoration for those seeking positive life change.
A devoted wife, mother of two, and committed servant of God, Pastor Ruth continues to inspire transformation through compassionate leadership, faith-driven service, and community-focused humanitarian work.

Pastor Ojo Ebenezer Olaseinde
HND, B.Sc., ACA, FMVA
Pastor Ojo Ebenezer Olaseinde is a seasoned finance leader, corporate strategist, and dedicated community developer with over 14 years of robust experience in accounting, corporate finance, and executive leadership. He holds an HND and a B.Sc. in Accounting, and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) as well as a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA). He serves as the Managing Partner and CEO of Pelot Consulting, and acts as a trusted Fractional CFO and financial advisor to several reputable organizations across the region.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Ebenezer is deeply committed to human capital development and social impact. He is the Convener of The Growth Circle, a thriving professional community and National Overseer & Director, Nigeria.
